Hubertusøen, også kaldet Store Saltstrømsø, er en ø i Bode i byområdet Thale i Sachsen-Anhalt.
Den ligger sydvest for byen ved den nordlige udgang af Bode-dalen og er omgivet af to Bodearme. Den mindre vestlige Bodearm kaldes Saltgraven. Øen dækker cirka 2,8 hektar og strækker sig i nord-syd-retning over cirka 350 meter med en maksimal bredde på omkring 85 meter. Nord for øen befandt den Lille Saltstrømsø sig. På Hubertusøen udspringer den radonholdige Hubertuskilde.
