Fünfhausen er betegnelsen for to forskellige bydele i Hamburg, som stammer fra to tidligere landsbyer med samme navn.
Stedet ligger i distriktet Bergedorf inden for Vierlande på den nordvestlige kant af bydelen Hamburg-Kirchwerder ved vejskæringen af Durchdeich med vejstrækningen Ochsenwerder Landscheideweg/Süderquerweg og ved den tidligere strækning af Hamborgs Marschbahn.
Østligt grænser det største hamburgiske naturreservat Kirchwerder Wiesen, i vest bydelen Ochsenwerder. Sydvest for landsbyen ligger Hohendeicher Sø og Elben, nord for det løber Gose-Elbe.
