Solesmes [sɔlɛm] er en fransk kommune med 1.214 indbyggere i departementet Sarthe i regionen Pays de la Loire. Den tilhører arrondissementet La Flèche og kantonen Sablé-sur-Sarthe. Indbyggerne kaldes Solesmiens. Solesmes ligger cirka 41 kilometer vestsydvest for Le Mans ved Sarthe. Solesmes er omgivet af nabokommunerne Juigné-sur-Sarthe mod nord, Avoise mod nordøst, Parcé-sur-Sarthe mod øst og sydøst, Vion mod syd samt Sablé-sur-Sarthe mod vest.
