Katedralen Saint-Étienne i Auxerre i afdeling Yonne i Bourgogne er et hovedværk inden for den burgundiske gotik. Siden 1823 har den været konkathedral for erkebispedømmet Sens-Auxerre.
Katedralen ligger i centrum af den gamle by på en bakke over Yonne. Saint-Étienne blev påbegyndt i 1215, altså omtrent samtidig med Reims og Amiens, men har derefter gennemgået flere bygge faser. Facaden stammer fra slutningen af det 13. århundrede, og nordtårnet blev bygget ind i det 16. århundrede. Dette udstillingsområde af sen-gotik viser den daværende stærke tendens til at overtrække alle frie flader med udsmykket stenhuggeri.
