Komplekset, der blev bygget af Léopold Foussard i 1935 med sin art-déco-arkitektur, som er klassificeret som kulturarv fra det 20. århundrede, er blevet renoveret i samme ånd, dog med mere komfort. De vigtigste strukturer fra perioden er bevaret indeni og udenpå, og især terrassen er smukt redesignede og dominerer øen. Den er ideel, når musikere bliver inviteret til at spille (og om vinteren under glastaget). Brasserie-formlen forbliver om eftermiddagen, om aftenen har den en mere udtalt "bistronomi"-ånd. Stammenuerne bør vende tilbage.
