Opdag kølehuse! Den store isskaktel i Chantilly Slot Den isskaktel, der siden 1988 har været registreret som et historisk monument, ligger i skovkanten overfor slotsindgangen ved krydset af løverne. Den har en diameter på 9,25 m og en dybde på 11 m. Dens kapacitet var 600 tons is. Det var et af de fire iskældre i Chantilly Slot! Du kan opdage den ved en guidet tur i henhold til kalenderen. Den mellemste og den lille isskaktel: De ligger stadig i slotshaven, men er ikke åbne for offentligheden.
Den fjerde isskaktel ligger i kommunen Vineuil Saint Firmin og er åben i de Europæiske Kulturdage.
