Vi driver gården Saint Martin i femte generation. Den har været økologisk drevet siden 2001.
Vores produktion:
Dyrehold: Vi holder køer af racen Blonde d'Aquitaine i fuld frilandshold, dvs. vores dyr lever hele året på græsmarker og i skove på driftsejendommen. Køerne spiser kun græs og hø, der produceres på gården.
For nylig har vi også holdt svin udendørs, som afhængigt af årstiden drager fordel af agern og kastanjer og har meget plads (14 svin pr. hektar).
Kiwier: Den frugthave, der blev anlagt i 1990 på en skråning, giver os søde kiwier med god holdbarhed.
Vore produkter: Kalv- og oksekødsblade på 5 eller 10 kg efter forudbestilling.
Grønne kiwier fra begyndelsen af december til slutningen af april, afhængigt af året.
