Leicester Royal Infirmary er et hospital i National Health Service i Leicester, England. Det ligger sydvest for byens centrum. Det har en akutafdeling og ledes af University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust.
Hospitalet blev grundlagt af reverend William Watts som Leicester Infirmary med 40 senge i 1771. Patienter blev tvunget til at betale et depositum, når de kom ind; hvis de tog hjem, blev pengene tilbagebetalt; hvis de døde, ville deres depositum blive brugt til at begrave dem. Da det først åbnede, var der ikke rindende vand, men det havde sit eget bryggeri, og øl derfra blev brugt til at behandle patienterne. I 1808 var infirmariet blevet udvidet med 20 senge, i alt 60 senge.
