Blisworth station var en knudepunktstation på London og North Western Railway, Northampton og Banbury Junction Railway, og Northampton og Peterborough Railway. Udover at muliggøre skift mellem linjerne, betjente stationen landsbyen Blisworth i Northamptonshire og dens omgivelser. Stationen blev åbnet af London og Birmingham Railway i 1838.
Stationen blev åbnet den 17. september 1838. I 1845 åbnede L&BR sin Northampton og Peterborough Railway, en linje der forbandt Peterborough East og Northampton Bridge Street fra en nærliggende knudepunkt. Stationen blev genopbygget 805 meter nordpå i 1853, tættere på knudepunktet, for at lette skift af tog.
