Gleann Cholm Cille, angliciseret som Glencolumbkille eller Glencolmcille, er et lille distrikt på Atlanterhavskysten i det sydvestlige County Donegal i Ulster, den nordlige provins i Irland. Opkaldt efter Saint Colm Cille, er det også en civil sogn i den historiske baroni Banagh. Glencolmcille ligger i Gaeltacht, og mens det forbliver et irsktalende samfund, er engelsk langsomt blevet en erstatning for irsk som hovedsprog, idet kun 34% af indbyggerne talte irsk dagligt i 2002. Landsbyen Cashel er den vigtigste bosættelse i distriktet.
