Bomberegnet på Piazza Fontana den 12. december 1969 var et stort terrorangreb i det efterkrigstid Italien. Klokken 16:37 sprang en bombe i luften foran hovedkvarteret for Banca Nazionale dell'Agricoltura i Milano. Sytte mennesker blev dræbt, og otteogfald blevet alvorligt såret. Samme eftermiddag sprang endnu tre bomber i Rom og Milano. Mellem 1968 og 1974 blev der udført 140 angreb i Italien, hvoraf dette var et af de blodigste. Det var år med stor social urolighed og politisk usikkerhed, og i italiensk blev denne periode kaldt "anni di piombo", eller de bly år.
