Ilaria del Carretto's gravmæle er et gravmonument af billedhuggeren Jacopo della Quercia, udført omkring 1406-1408 på bestilling af Paolo Guinigi for sin hustru Ilaria del Carretto. Det opbevares i Sankt Martin Katedralen i Lucca.
Det er i februar 1403, at ægteskabet mellem herre af Lucca Paolo Guinigi og Ilaria del Carretto bliver fejret. Den 8. december 1405, i en alder af 26 år, dør Ilaria som følge af sin anden fødsel. Sarkofagen er bestilt hos Jacopo della Quercia, som bruger to år på at udføre den. Den placeres i katedralen, et tegn på Guinigis sociale overlegenhed. Oprettet i venstre tværgang siden 1842, blev monumentet flyttet i 1995 til sakristiet.
