Slottet i Esch-sur-Sûre er i dag en ruin beliggende i den luxembourgske by Esch-sur-Sûre. Slottet har en delvist naturlig beskyttelse gennem en skarp bøjning i floden Sûre, der omgiver byen og slottet på tre sider. I 927 erhvervede en vis Meginaud eller Maingaud og hans kone Hiletrude klippen i Esch-sur-Sûre, hvor de lod bygge et romansk tårn på otte gange otte meter og nogle gårde. Slottet blev betydeligt udvidet i gotisk stil af de to sidste grever af Esch i det 13. århundrede.
