Kasteel Horn er en middelalderlig ringborg, beliggende ved kanten af den eponyme landsby Horn i Mellem-Limburg. Tilkørslen fører til portbygningen med saddeltag. Nordvest for portbygningen er der en halvrundt tårn med spidstag. Fra dette tårn fører en buet mur i vestlig retning til det andet halvrunde tårn med spidstag. Fra dette tårn fører en ligeledes buet mur til borgens sydspids. De buede mure giver borgen en mere eller mindre oval grundplan.
