Neer er en landsby i den nederlandske Midden-Limburg. Det er en del af kommunen Leudal. Før kommunalreformen i 2007 tilhørte det den daværende kommune Roggel og Neer. Landsbyen ligger ved Maas, mellem Roermond og Venlo.
I romertiden, langs hovedvejen Maastricht-Nijmegen, opstod den første permanente bosættelse. Krydsningen af denne hovedvej med Neerbeek, der dengang var en flod, er stadig synlig i landskabet. Landsbyen selv opstod i den tidlige middelalder.
