Boven-Leeuwen er en af de kerner i kommunen West Maas en Waal i den hollandske provins Gelderland. Den 1. januar 2021 havde landsbyen 2.245 indbyggere på et areal af 651 hektar. Boven-Leeuwen ligger mellem det større Beneden-Leeuwen og kommunen Druten. Indtil den 1. januar 1818 dannede Boven- og Beneden-Leeuwen kommunen Leeuwen, som den dato blev en del af kommunen Wamel. Kommunen Wamel blev i 1984 på sin side en del af kommunen West Maas en Waal, som også omfatter stederne Alphen, Altforst, Appeltern, Dreumel, Maasbommel og Wamel.
