De Lutte er en landsby i kommunen Losser i den hollandske provins Overijssel. Landsbyen ligger øst for byen Oldenzaal og havde ifølge CBS i 2021 3.905 indbyggere. De Lutte ligger ved motorvejen A1 og jernbanelinjen Almelo - Salzbergen. Den har dog ingen togstation. Landsbyen er også kendt for natur- og rekreationsområdet Lutterzand, hvor udvalget fra AFC Ajax siden 1974 har haft et årligt træningslejr ved hotellet De Bloemenbeek. Bæk Dinkel har i Lutterzand fået lov til at bevare sin naturlige karakter. Nær De Lutte ligger også arboretet Poort Bulten og den gamle grænseovergang De Poppe.
