Diepenheim er en by i kommunen Hof van Twente i den hollandske provins Overijssel, beliggende ved Regge. Diepenheim er et centrum for billedkunst og er kendt for slottene og herregårdene samt de stilfuldt anlagte haver og parker. Diepenheim er en af de otte middelalderbyer i Twente. Det opstod i herredet Diepenheim, som først var i besiddelse af Herrerne af Diepenheim, og i anden halvdel af det 12. århundrede kom i hænderne på hertugerne af Dahl ved ægteskabet med arvingen Regenwice af Diepenheim. I 1331 blev herredet solgt til biskoppen af Utrecht.
