Ede Ulfert Staal (Warffum, 2. august 1941 - Delfzijl, 22. juli 1986) var lærer i engelsk og sanger og digter af dialektmusik. Han er blevet kendt for de af ham selv skrevne og sangne groninganske sange om livet på det groninganske landdistrikt. Han har også skrevet sange under pseudonymet E. Paltrams ('smartlap' bagfra).
