Wilhelminapieren er et højt udviklet område på Kop van Zuid i Rotterdam. Administrative falder det siden 3. marts 2010 under bydelen Feijenoord.
Det aflange område ligger langs Nieuwe Maas ved foden af Erasmusbroen og har siden årtusindskiftet været præget af højhusbyggeri og moderne faciliteter. Tættest på Wilhelminapieren blev metrostationen Wilhelminaplein åbnet i 1997. Siden 2001 har det nye Luxor Teater været placeret på Wilhelminapieren. I slutningen af 2013 blev De Rotterdam, designet af Rem Koolhaas, færdiggjort. Denne bygning er 150 meter høj.
