Museum Stad Appingedam er et kulturhistorisk lokalmuseum i Appingedam i provinsen Groningen. Museet blev grundlagt i 1942 på initiativ af den lokale advokat og politiker mr. A.T. Vos som det Regionalhistoriske Museum Appingedam. I 1953 blev det åbnet i Oude Kerkstraat, hjørnet af Wijkstraat. Senere var museet beliggende i bygningen Blankenstein, en lidt mere vestligt placeret adelig gård, som museet delte med De Nordlige Kunsthof, et galleri der stadig er beliggende der.
