Kolksluis Spaarndam er den ældste stadig fungerende sluse i Europa, beliggende i Spaarndam i den nederlandske kommune Haarlem. På nordsiden af Kolksluis ligger IJ, og mod syd ligger Spaarne.
I det trettende århundrede afskærmede man Spaarne fra IJ for at forhindre saltsvinds vand og høj vandstand fra IJ i at strømme ind i Spaarne og de omkringliggende marker. I dæmningen blev der bygget sluser for at regulere vandstanden, så skibene kunne sejle gennem med samme niveau. Der fandt også losning sted af oceangående skibe til indlandsskibe for at transportere godset til Haarlem og videre.
