Tienhoven ved Lek eller kort Tienhoven er en landsby og tidligere kommune i kommunen Vijfheerenlanden, i den nederlandske provins Utrecht. Med 805 indbyggere var Tienhoven ved Lek den 1. januar 2021 den bosættelse med det laveste antal indbyggere inden for kommunen Vijfheerenlanden. Tienhoven ved Lek ligger på vestsiden af stedet Ameide og i forlængelsen af landsbyen Langerak på den sydlige side af floden Lek. I 2021 havde landsbyen lidt over 805 indbyggere. Under landsbyen hører en del af byen Hoogewaard.
