Auf dem britischen Militärfriedhof „Dozinghem Military Cemetery“ ruhen 3.312 Tote aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg. Der Friedhof wurde von Sir Reginald Blomfield entworfen und hat eine Fläche von etwa 12.300 m². Der Name Dozinghem – auch der Name des Evakuierungskrankenhauses aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg – leitet sich vom englischen Verb 'to dose' ab: das Verabreichen von Medikamenten oder Betäubungsmitteln in kleinen Mengen.
Die Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) ist als Verwalter für die Pflege dieses Friedhofs verantwortlich - www.cwgc.org
