Hügel 62 ist ein Hügel in der Umgebung von Ypern. '62' weist darauf hin, dass der Hügel 62 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel liegt. Hügel 62 oder Höhe 62 kam 1916 in deutsche Hände, bis kanadische Truppen den Hügel eroberten. Die Kanadier erlitten während dieser Eroberung große Verluste. Das Denkmal auf dem Gipfel gedenkt der gefallenen kanadischen Soldaten. Von Hügel 62 hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Türme von Ypern und erkennt sofort die strategische Bedeutung einer Erhebung während des Ersten Weltkriegs.
