Vermeulens Mühle wurde 1843 als Ersatz für eine hölzerne Windmühle erbaut. Die Mühle befindet sich in der Vlamertingsestraat in Elverdinge. Das Gebäude gehört der Familie Vermeulen/Smagghe. Es ist eine Getreidemühle mit einem sehr hohen Korpus.
Die Flügel wurden 1909 entfernt und die Mühle wurde mechanisch betrieben. Während des Zweiten Weltkriegs wurde der Mühlenkorpus von den deutschen Soldaten als Beobachtungsposten verwendet. Sie bauten noch einige Schichten Ziegelsteine auf, um einen noch besseren Überblick über die Gegend zu haben.
