Die Kirche Unserer Lieben Frau von der Unbefleckten Empfängnis ist die Pfarrkirche von Schakkebroek, gelegen an der Amandinaweg.
Die Kirche wurde von 1908-1909 erbaut, und auch im Jahr 1909 wurde die Pfarrei Schakkebroek von derjenigen von Herk-de-Stad abgetrennt. Es ist eine backsteinerne Kreuzbasilika im neugotischen Stil. Der quadratische Westturm befindet sich an der Nordseite. Dieser hat vier Geschosse und ein Zeltdach als Spitze. Unter dem Turm ist eine Kapelle zu Ehren der heiligen Amandina von Schakkebroek eingerichtet. An der Nordseite der Westfassade der Kirche befindet sich ein Treppentürmchen.
