Der Grenzübergang Bornholmer Straße war ein Grenzübergang an der Berliner Mauer von 1961 bis 1990; er verband die Bezirke Prenzlauer Berg und Wedding im Norden Berlins über die Bösebrücke.
Seinen Namen hat er von seiner Lage an der Bornholmer Straße, die – 1903 nach der dänischen Ostseeinsel Bornholm benannt – durch die damaligen Bezirke Prenzlauer Berg und Wedding verläuft. Die Bornholmer Straße ist Teil des äußeren Straßenringes aus dem Berliner Bebauungsplan von 1862.
