Der Cochemer Krampen ist ein Hang entlang der Mosel zwischen Ediger-Eller und Cochem. Von Eller aus sind es ca. 3 km Aufstieg bis zum Gipfel. Oben befindet sich eine Schranke, um Zugang zum Ferienpark und zum Golf Resort Cochem zu erhalten. Die Schranke ist sehr einfach mit dem Fahrrad zu umgehen. Wegen der Schranke ist kaum Autoverkehr auf der Straße. Der einzige Nachteil ist möglicherweise die Steilheit des Anstiegs: Auf den ersten 2 Kilometern des Anstiegs liegen die Steigungen zwischen 9 und 17%.
