Das alte Rittergut Seppenhagen wurde in den 80ern der letzten Jahrhunderts abgerissen. Heute befinden sich auf dem Areal, das immer noch von einer gut erhaltenen Gräfte umgeben ist, neuere Gebäude, die bauhistorisch zu vernachlässigen sind. Das Anwesen wird landwirtschaftlich genutzt.
Erhalten ist heute lediglich noch die alte Wassermühle des Hauses außerhalb der Gräfte, die durch die Werse gespeist wird. Die Mühle trägt den Namen Veringsmühle. Sie wurde Mitte bzw. gegen Ende des 17. Jahrhunderts vermutlich für die Herren von Ketteler errichtet. Heute wird die Mühle als Wohnhaus genutzt.
