Der Trinquet von l'Abdet ist der älteste Trinquet im Land Valencia: Er stammt aus dem Jahr 1772. Er befindet sich in l'Abdet, einem Dorf von Confrides, und es wird zudem eine historische Wettkampfart des valencianischen Balls bewahrt: die pilota grossa, eine Tradition, die nur in l'Abdet und im Trinquet von Parcent fortgesetzt wird.
Erbaut im Jahr 1772, war der Trinquet von l'Abdet nicht der einzige; es gibt Nachweise für andere ähnliche in nahegelegenen Orten wie Benimantell, Benimassot, Confrides, das Schloss von Guadalest, Murla und Tollos, aber all diese sind in mehr oder weniger jüngerer Zeit verschwunden.
