De Trinquet van l'Abdet is de oudste nog in gebruik zijnde trinquet van de Valenciaanse Gemeenschap: het dateert uit 1772. Het bevindt zich in l'Abdet, een dorp van Confrides; bovendien is er een historische variant van de Valenciaanse bal te vinden: de pilota grossa, een traditie die alleen in l'Abdet en in de trinquet van Parcent wordt behouden.
Gebouwd in 1772, was de trinquet van l'Abdet niet de enige, er is namelijk bewijs van andere soortgelijke in nabijgelegen dorpen zoals Benimantell, Benimassot, Confrides, het Kasteel van Guadalest, Murla en Tollos, maar al deze zijn in meer of minder recente tijden verdwenen.
