Philippe Thomann, Maler und Töpfer, ausgebildet von den besten Handwerkern von Betchdorf und Soufflenheim, übt seinen Beruf seit 1984 in Kaysersberg aus, unterstützt von seiner Schwester Hélène, Töpfer-Dekorateurin. Er stellt von Hand alle Arten von Lebensmittelgläsern her, deren Formen, Farben und Dekorationen sich ständig ändern.
