Eingangstor zum Camp de Mart , heute ein öffentlicher Garten. Die Porte de Marbre war ursprünglich der Eingang zum Innenhof des Abteipalastes.
Es ist eines der drei Überreste der Abtei.
Während der Französischen Revolution wurde der Hügel zum Truppenaufmarschgebiet und die Mönche wurden vertrieben.
