Route von Bordeaux nach Lacanau Océan über den Fahrradweg Bordeaux Lacanau (ca. 60 km), dann treffen wir auf die Velodyssée, um den Médoc bis zur Pointe de Grave zu befahren (ca. 80 km).
Die Strecke verläuft vollständig auf dem Fahrradweg, also ohne Verkehr (außer den letzten 10 Kilometern) und ist komplett asphaltiert.

Der Belag ist insgesamt sehr gut. Mit Ausnahme eines Abschnitts von 3 km in Richtung Maubuisson - Carcans Plage, wo die Wurzeln der Bäume den Weg ziemlich verformen. Glücklicherweise handelt es sich um einen sehr kurvenreichen Abschnitt, in dem man langsam fährt.
