Die Basilica di San Domenico ist eine Bettelordenskirche in Siena. Sie ist dem Gründer des Dominikanerordens geweiht, aber auch mit der Verehrung der Hl. Katharina von Siena eng verbunden. Die Benennung als „Basilika“ bezieht sich nicht auf den Bautyp, sondern den ihr 1927 verliehenen kirchlichen Rang einer Basilica minor.
