Die Markthalle in Rotterdam ist ein Wohn- und Geschäftsgebäude mit einer integrierten Markthalle, gelegen zwischen den Straßen Dominee Jan Scharpstraat, Grotemarkt, Westnieuwland und Verlengde Nieuwstraat. Die Eröffnung fand am 1. Oktober 2014 durch Königin Máxima statt. Neben einem überdachten Markt beherbergt der Komplex 228 Wohnungen, 4600 m² Verkaufsfläche, 1600 m² Gastronomie und eine Tiefgarage für mehr als tausend Autos.
