Das Schloss Geulle wurde 1595 von Wolter Hoen von Hoensbroeck erbaut. Von dem imposanten Bauwerk aus dieser Zeit strahlt die Vorburg mit dem Wassergraben noch immer in voller Pracht. Die Burg wird von einem herrlichen Garten mit alten Bäumen umgeben. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Straße befinden sich gegenüber der Zugangsbrücke zwei denkmalgeschützte Torpfeiler aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Diese Oase der Ruhe liegt 12 Kilometer nordwestlich von Maastricht zwischen der Maas und dem Julianakanal.
