Das Gastersche Diep ist ein Bach in der niederländischen Provinz Drenthe. Der Bach ist Teil des Einzugsgebiets der Drentsche Aa. Das Gastersche Diep ist eine Fortsetzung des Andersche Diep und des Rolderdiep. Zusammen bilden sie den östlichen Hauptstrom der Drentsche Aa. Kurz vor dem Dorf Gasteren mündet ein kurzer Seitenarm in den Bach, der im Gastersche Holt entspringt. Der Bach fließt entlang der Westseite des Dorfes. Ursprünglich verlief ein Arm des Baches näher am Dorf, aber dieser Arm ist aufgrund von Sedimentierungsprozessen zum Stillstand gekommen. Überreste dieses Arms sind das Vorste- und das Hinterste Veen in den Gasterse Duinen. Etwas nordöstlich des Dorfes mündet das Gastersche Diep in das Oudemolensche Diep. Diese Zusammenkunft der beiden Hauptäste der Drentsche Aa ist als Tweediepskolk bekannt.
