Typical multi-family house dating from the early 1930s. A building application from 1933, submitted by Destrycker Jules, is preserved in the municipal archives. The cadastral registration in 1933 refers to a "new construction" and mentions the same name. The municipal building application indicates that it involves an elevation of an already existing property with an enlargement by an extension to the right. It is not entirely clear whether the existing house retained its original appearance or whether the facade was completely adapted to a single style in 1933, as no plans have been preserved showing the appearance of the part that existed before 1933.
