Three jogging circuits in the Sonian forest have been prepared and developed by Bruxelles Environnement and two athletic clubs, l'Enjambée and RACB
The recommended start is opposite the Sports Center of the Soignes Forest (ADEPS). A large car park allows you to park your vehicle there.
A sign indicates the start of the three circuits of 5, 10 and 20 km (the first and last kilometers are common). Wooden posts mark out all the circuits.
