Beautifully located is the wine village of Piesport on the Middle Moselle. The village is surrounded by steep, terraced wine slopes. The village consists of half-timbered houses and old wine farms. At the foot of the wine slope, the remains of the oldest (500 BC) and largest Roman winery north of the Alps can be viewed.
