The Anklam railway bridge is a railway bridge over the Peene River near Anklam in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern along the railway line Angermünde–Stralsund. The movable bridge, which has since been replaced by a new building, was constructed as a swinging bridge or roll-on/roll-off bridge based on the principle of American engineer William Donald Scherzer. It is one of the oldest remaining bridges of this type in Germany. The old drawbridge was erected as a technical monument next to the new construction.
The bridge was completed in 1938 by Friedrich Krupp AG and Friedrich Krupp AG Grusonwerk. During World War II, the northern stationary part of the bridge was heavily damaged. After the war, this part was reconstructed as a welded structure.
