En la capilla hay una estatua vestida del siglo XVII, atribuida al círculo de Alonso Cano, y custodiada por el grupo de voluntarios de Protección Civil.
Se lleva el Lunes Santo en la procesión de la Virgen de la Esperanza y Nuestro Señor Encarcelado desde la ermita de La Viña por las calles de La Postura. Más de un millar de personas , entre autoridades, colectivos y vecinos, acompañan las estatuas de la Virgen de la Esperanza y de Nuestro Señor Prisionero, que son portadas a hombros por miembros de la Policía Local, los Bomberos Voluntarios de Adeje, Protección Civil de Adeje .
También participa en la Santa Reunión del Martes Santo.
