En el número 81 se encuentran los estudios del Kaaitheater, ubicados en los edificios de la antigua cervecería L’Etoile. El edificio data de 1850 y a través de su arquitectura expresa el contexto social de esa época: la imponente casa del cervecero se sitúa en el centro de la cervecería. El Kaaitheater gestiona esta ubicación desde 1994. El diseño de las reformas es obra del arquitecto Luc Maes, quien logró conservar bien el carácter industrial y desarrolló la chimenea como un faro en el barrio. Curiosamente, una iglesia pentecostal organiza sus celebraciones en una segunda parte de la cervecería, que se encuentra a la izquierda de la casa del cervecero.
