El valle del Jeker se formó en el sureste de Haspengouw. El relieve ondulado y las fértiles laderas del valle del Jeker están rodeados de áreas de cultivo abiertas, siendo en el valle principalmente praderas antiguas rodeadas de setos de espino. El Jeker es el único río en Haspengouw que fluye hacia el Mosa.
