Waldstetten es un municipio en el distrito de Ostalbkreis en el este de Baden-Württemberg. Forma parte del área periférica de la región metropolitana de Stuttgart.
Waldstetten se encuentra al pie norte del Stuifen en la llanura de la Alb Suabia oriental, en el borde del valle de Rems, a una altitud de entre 350 y 781 metros. Limita con el área urbana de Schwäbisch Gmünd, así como con las ciudades de Lauterstein y Donzdorf pertenecientes al distrito de Göppingen, y a través de una exclava deshabitada del municipio también limita con el municipio de Ottenbach.
