El Kurhaus Binz se encuentra en el paseo marítimo, en la plaza de la spa y cerca del muelle de Binz en el balneario de Binz en la isla de Rügen en Mecklemburgo-Pomerania Occidental. Hoy en día es un hotel de lujo del grupo hotelero Travel Charme.
Banqueros berlineses invirtieron en la "Ostseebad Binz AG" en la expansión del balneario y construyeron un Kurhaus que se inauguró el 22 de julio de 1890. Entre los primeros huéspedes se encontraba la emperatriz Augusta Victoria. La casa de entramado de madera se incendió el 1 de mayo de 1906. En el verano de 1907, el consejo municipal decidió construir un nuevo Kurhaus de piedra según los planes del arquitecto berlinés Otto Spalding. El edificio se convirtió en un hito del balneario.
