La Kemitzenstein, también conocida como Chamnitzen, es una elevación de 580,6 m sobre el nivel del mar en la Franconia Alb, con una colección de formaciones rocosas en el municipio de Bad Staffelstein en el distrito de Lichtenfels en Franconia del Alto.
La Kemitzenstein se encuentra en el parque natural de Franconia Suiza-Bosque de Veldenstein, entre los pueblos de Kümmersreuth, un barrio sudeste de Bad Staffelstein, al suroeste, y Rothmannsthal al este, un barrio sur-sureste de Lichtenfels; sin embargo, solo las áreas inferiores de sus flancos este y noreste pertenecen a Lichtenfels.
