La casa histórica en Schützenstraße 7 es un edificio protegido que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad de Bergheim, en el distrito de Rhein-Erft, en Renania del Norte-Westfalia.
En los años 1912/13, el entonces director de las obras del distrito de Bergheim, Walter Pechstein, mandó construir esta casa. Los planos fueron diseñados por Anton Ruland, y la ejecución fue llevada a cabo por el maestro constructor de Elsdorf, Heinrich Wolff. El edificio recibió pronto el nombre de "Villa Pechstein". Pechstein había trabajado inicialmente como ingeniero en la construcción de la planta de agua del distrito. En 1906, el comité del distrito de Bergheim le confirió la dirección de la planta de agua. Más tarde, Pechstein fue director técnico de las obras del distrito de Bergheim.
